What Happens at a Sound Bath
During a sound bath, you can expect to unwind and experience deep relaxation. You’ll lie down in a cozy position while I play soothing sounds from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These sounds and vibrations help ease you into a meditative state, reducing stress and promoting overall well-being.
Each session is unique, flowing with the energy of the day, your intentions, and the instruments used. I’ll guide you through the experience with gentle breathwork and meditation, creating a peaceful atmosphere where you can fully let go. Sessions typically last 30 minutes to an hour, leaving you feeling refreshed and rebalanced.
I provide the full experience—yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, and other comfort items are all included, so all you need to do is show up or book a session. I can also help create custom events for you, your friends and family, businesses, and more.
It’s normal to feel emotions come up—sometimes deeply. Don’t be afraid to let them flow. This is a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself and experience whatever comes naturally. Just breathe, stay present, and allow the sounds to take you on your personal journey.
My Story…
My name is Adrienne Krizan and I love helping people find a sense of calm within themselves.
Sound baths have been a passion of mine for years, and I’ve poured every bit of my free time into building this business and bringing my vision to life. My journey toward deep self-care began in the summer of 2020. After decades of battling stress, anxiety, and depression, I knew I needed to find better ways to care for my mental and physical health, and that’s where sound healing, meditation, and mindfulness became an essential part of my life.
Growing up, I was always drawn to nature, spending as much time outside as possible. Now, as an adult, I still find peace when I’m surrounded by the energy and beauty of the natural world. Nature plays a huge role in keeping me grounded.
I’m a wife to my high school sweetheart, Rich, and we’ve been together since 1999. We have a daughter, Layla, and a Golden Retriever named Tinker. In my free time, you’ll find me hiking, cooking, golfing, bird-watching, biking, walking, enjoying that natural plants of the earth, and just soaking up the outdoors.
While I work full-time in B2B sales, sound baths have become my calling. My corporate career, positions on the board of a non-profit for a local Audubon Chapter, along with the daily pressures of life as a wife and mom, have added to my stress over the years, but self-care and sound healing have given me the tools to take control of my mental health. I’m still on that journey—learning how to manage anxiety and live a full, balanced life.
The first time I experienced a sound bath, it was life-changing. The deep relaxation and meditative state I reached was like nothing I’d ever felt. I knew then that I wanted to share this experience with others and help them find the same peace and presence. My goal is to pass along that sense of calm, self-discovery, and healing to everyone who comes to my sessions.
